One of the most iconic and premium real estate brand in Dubai. However the identity was dated and confusing. The task was to make a fresh modern identity and while keeping up with the promise of luxury and heritage associated with the brand.
The logo was precisely designed to represent the first alphabetical letter of the word District- ‘D’, in both English and Arabic.
When taking English into consideration D is the first letter of the word, while in Arabic (Add the Arabic word) Dal is also the first alphabet of the word District. ‘1’ stands for One. The identity was Modernized in a manner that was reflective of the Arabic heritage and withheld the premiumness of the property.
The launch of the new identity gave the brand an image uplift and re-iterated the promise of being the most prestigious community in Dubai to all stakeholders and the world at large..
An integrated campaign was developed for the launch consisting of a video based on a quote on “Change” from HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
