THE CHALLENGE

MBR City , District One is a premium property developer in the UAE. The challenge was to create a campaign that makes the brand truly stand out from the clutter in the real estate segment in Dubai.

THE IDEA

Some key features of the property development are:
(a) The only 7KM Largest Manmade Crystal Lagoon in the world
(b) 60% Greenery across the development
(c) 8.4KM Cycling and Running track which runs across the community.

There are a lot of developments in Dubai which have many features however District One is the Only One where it all comes together. We communicated the thought of “District One” being unparalleled using the 3 key features in a series of ads using the campaign line “There is Only One” – Dubai’s most Prestigious community.

THE CAMPAIGN

An Integrated campaign that positioned District One as Dubai’s most prestigious community was rolled out across Print, Outdoor, TV, Social Media, PR and Digital media.
