Leptos Estates is the leading real estate developer in Cyprus & Greece and own a wide range of premium locations. The brand saw an opportunity in attracting tourists visiting Cyprus & Greece to invest in the Citizenship by Investment Program through Leptos Estates.
A clear customer segmentation strategy was developed defining 3 TG segments:
(1) Customer looking for citizenship and EU passport
(2) Customer looking at PR Card and
(3) Customer looking at investing in a holiday home.
A series of engaging messages were then developed targeting the 3 segments. For media efficiencies, we took up vantage signs in the Arrivals section at the Cyrus & Greece airports and also other outdoor spots/billboards in the city between the airport and around select hotels, including popular tourist destinations. This was also supported by promoting the campaign messages on Social Media channels and Digital Marketing.
A significant surge in enquiries has been witnessed across various contact points including website clicks, email/telephone enquiries, and also increase in likes on facebook all generating new leads from potential customers interested in Leptos Estates.
